I recently viewed a property with Matt. He had valued it at 20% higher than when it last sold 6 months ago. When I asked why he told me it had been fully renovated. At the viewing I found that not be be the case, the 'new' kitchen was old, same with the bathroom and wardrobes. The full re-plaster that he told me about was again not true, the wallpapered walls had been painted over. Despite this I liked the house and location. When I questioned him he just said he could only go with what he was told even though all these issues were obvious just by glancing at them. I called afterwards for a second

Terrible service! My partner has left several voicemails asking to view a property and still no one has got back to us. How can you run a business like this? We actually want to buy this house. If you have a property for sale with look at this home I'll be surprised if it ever sells! Zero service received! Complete and utter shambles !!!

Clicked on their website portal to view a house..no reply. Telephoned to enquire about the viewing, was told it had an offer accepted. E-mailed **** to ask how to register...no reply. Is the house still being advertised? Yes! The one star is for the nice houses they advertise for sale, shame they are not.

Matt never responds. I viewed several houses with him and was interested in making offers but he never got back to me despite numerous messages I left him. I am glad I have not sold my house through look at this home as it would be a miracle if it ever got anywhere. Clearly he needs to employ someone to at least answer his calls and emails. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Well we went to purchase a property from look at this home and we put an offer in on a house not only would they not put sold subject to contract on the advertisement even though the offer was accepted by the vender but kassandra who is believed to be the owner of estate agents thought it would be good to leave us stringing along by not co-operating with us she took an instant dislike.
We sent e-mail to kassandra about 2 month later to ask for update on vender to see if they had found a property to move to yet however kassandra replied about a week later to say I told u before

I have used Look at this Home on three separate occasions over the last 12 months for both purchasing and selling. The team they have now are brilliant. Matt and Kassandra both live in the area which really helps in many ways. Every voicemail and email was always followed up the same day or next morning. Very pleased with the service they provide and the prices they charge are great.
