We recently sold our house with Charnock Bates and moved into our new property. Everyone was really friendly, helpful and professional. In particular our personal contact Gill Bateson. We had lots of issues with the process, complications out of our control at the beginning of the chain, which meant the process took 8 months in total. Gill was brilliant, she kept us informed all the time and contacted and chased solicitors and other estate agents, taking a lot of the stress away from us.
We would highly recommend Charnock Bates, they were excellent during a difficult time.

Highly recommend the team @ Charnock Bates. Every query was responded to promptly and more importantly, accurately. From arranging the viewing to collecting the keys, the process was seamless. I honestly can’t thank all the team at Charnock Bates enough but in particular the lovely Gill Bates. Gill provided an outstanding service from start to finish. She provided me with regular updates, chased solicitors promptly and went above and beyond the job description. People say selling your house is the most stressful thing to go through, which is probably correct, but Gill kept me sane. I would 100% recommend and I will be definitely using Charnock Bates when I purchase my next property.

I recently used Charnock Bates to sell my house. When I bought the property 6 years ago, Charnock Bates were acting on behalf of the seller, at that point I was really impressed with the team and said if I ever came to sell then they would be the estate agent to go to. Fast forward to four months ago and I gave them a call. After relocating to the USA in 2020, this year we decided we needed to sell our family home of 15 years.
