Originally from Halifax, Noel graduated from the University of Newcastle in 1986 in Civil Engineering and then went on to teach mathematics for 10 years in local secondary schools and colleges. Noel then established Peter David Properties in 1996 and has since overseen the growth of the business to what it is today.
Noel is a regular road cyclist and likes to keep fit, the rest of his time taken up by his family and five lovely daughters. Noel believes honesty, dedication and good communication are personal qualities key to the success of the business. However, he says this could not happen without a team of people who believe in the same values.

Our recent property sale was not straight forward but the team at Peter David have been so patient. It might not be the first thing you think of when you need an estate agent but when we were getting no updates from our solicitors, we just called these guys up and they did the digging and got right back to us. And we called, a lot! Used them over the years for tenant finds etc and nothing ever too much to help with. Would definitely recommend and use again!

We recently purchased a property marketed through Peter Davids in Brighouse. It needed a lot of work doing and contractors needed access prior to move in date... which the staff arranged with their client seamlessly. We couldn't visualise what it may look like after renovation but Sally was able to arrange for us to visit a property they had previously sold that had already been renovated....thus going the extra mile for us. The customer service we received from the staff there was excellent, as was the advice and help to obtain our "forever home" at a time when the housing market was going crazy
