If you're thinking of selling your home, you'll need to provide prospective buyers with an EPC for your property. Our licensed Domestic Energy Assessor, Jason Carroll, can assess your property and issue an EPC, providing details on the energy performance of your property and what you can do to improve it.
An application fee is required to reserve the property and cover administration costs and credit referencing. Please note, only one application will considered at a time on one property. Provide proof of Identification - please see the Right to Rent section for acceptable documents. Once the reference checks have been completed, they will be put to the landlord for consent to proceed.

Applied for a rental, completely no communication, they don't even ask for your name when you call up as you are generic and they are not interested in your situation.
While they are busy post covid and creaming the market, their customers do not matter. For now.
They have put a sign up in the property as let agreed, and issued this to the website also, but failed to tell us that we were unsuccessful. Not even a phone call from them. No emails. No response since applying, we have called twice with no information.
When they read this review they will attempt to show that it was a one off, attempt

We changed to Boococks after some really bad experiences with other letting agencies. We have been clients for many years until the recent.sale of our house. From the start Boococks have been completely reliable, honest, concientious and fair. I can definitely give them 5 stars. Good, straightforward Yorkshire at its very best!

Excellent service from Boococks re successfully and sensitively selling my mum's house following her death. They produced accurate and attractive marketing literature and video presentation. Boococks is a pleasure to deal with, the sales and rental teams are friendly and will do everything they can to make sure your experience goes smoothly. They also have a ramp outside for easy access. Parking is a little hard as they don't have a car park but if your able to walk it's easy to park in town then walk to Boococks. I know they are still working hard during Covid-19. Keep up the good work guys, your all doing well. 👍

From initial contact to occupancy Boococks were very informative towards myself as a first time tenant. Information provided, from Gina Brown in particular, was clear and my questions were answered in a timely and supportive manner. Initial maintenance aspects were addressed very quickly by Gina and Boococks technical support team. Information on tenancy agreements was also greatly appreciated when assessing options.
This was my first time in a rental property but it has been a positive experience which I’d like to thank Gina and the team for.
