Martin Hyde BVSc MRCVS has been qualified and practicing as a Veterinary Surgeon for over 30 years. He first came to work in East Anglia in 1991 and settled in Suffolk in 2001 with his family, his pet tortoise, labrador Billy and rescue cat Jake.
Martin has extensive surgical and medical experience drawn from over thirty years working in hospital and general practice. He has a particular interest in X-ray and ultrasound and is a skilled general surgeon. The surgery offers high quality veterinary care to cats, dogs, rabbits and other small pets including of course tortoises!

My dogs, (3 of them), cat, tortoises, and parrot have all been under Martin and his teams' care since we moved here 9 years ago. Just today he got one of the dogs in for treatment requiring sedation at an hours notice. You cannot pay enough for that sort of care, and fortunately don't have to. Not only is Martin refreshingly honest, knowledgeable and professional, with the animal's welfare the prime consideration, his charges are very reasonable. Thank you all.

Been going to see Martin and the team at Trinity vets with our two cats for nearly nine years, just wanted to say how pleased we are with the care, kindness and professionalism we and more importantly the cats have received. I would of given 0,if it would let me... My lab had been registered at this vets since he was 8 wks old. On 12 November 2020,i rang the vet(above)at 2pm..as my dog hadn't eaten for a week, and was very weak and couldn't hold his own weight. To be told, "unless you want me to do tests, at £100 a test, or put him to sleep!, (not knowing what was wrong with him).. I'm not opening up,as it will inconvenience me, as I have to take someone to the railway station, and the dog could do with losing weight!!, I was disgusted, with the response, so rang another vet for a 2nd opinion, I got a appointment
