Are your prices fixed? The prices are fixed for pre booked transfers. But if there are any additional drop offs, pickups or diversions there will be additional charges.
They actually physically operate from Sonning Common and leave their filthy old cars outside my house rather than their own. Excellent service - the drivers were exactly on time, cheerful and polite, and the cars were immaculate. You also accommodated an extra journey with no fuss or trouble - thank you!

It’s not often I’m blown away by the service form a company, and especially something as functional as a taxi service… On returning from a night out with friends we came across a car in a ditch which happed to be my nephew. Without a moments hesitation, the driver was on the phone to his wife to bring a tow chain. 20 minutes later, the car was back on the road and we were on our way. I almost had to force him to take some money which was, in hindsight, no where near enough for the service provided. A huge thank you!

Booked a Taxi via their web site for 11:30pm. I received confirmation so assumed all was OK. I called at 11:30 to confirm my collection point. I gave the operator my first name, he then said my second name but then told me he had no booking under my name. I had a confirmation email and he knew my second name. when I pushed him on this he hung up. I called back to only get hung up on again.
Do not book with these guys unless you want to run the risk of being let down, lied to and late to your destination due to having to find an alternative company.

Made 2 bookings online and received email confirmations, then a couple of days beforehand I received a cancellation for one of the bookings which I only saw as it went in my junk mail. I phoned up to see what was going on and the operator mumbled about their online system not working. She took ages to find the booking reference for the booking which hadn't been cancelled, then told me the fares I'd been given were wrong anyway and would be £30 instead of £20, and £130 instead of £85!!
Absolute jokers and really unprofessional. Avoid at all costs, better taxi services out there.

Critical: Professionalism
Got a taxi on Saturday and the driver went the complete wrong way and tried to pass the cost of his mistake onto us and was very rude to us. Despite having a card machine insisted on cash only which we did not have. I do not recommend using this company ever again and will actively avoid them.
