Absolute disgrace of a company. Would never use again or recommend to anyone.
I agreed a price and time to pick me up from the train station, then whilst on the train home, 5 minutes before pick up I received a call to say they misquoted me and they could no longer pick me up unless I paid double the original price.
Unapologetic and did not care or have the honour to back their mistake (if it was a mistake). I had to source another taxi company and wait in the cold, late at night until the new company taxi arrived.
The whole attitude and customer service I received was despicable, a shocking

All time I used Cintracks and there service is wonderful. Professional, safe, and prompt. I have never received anything but amazing service from them. The drivers are always so humble and polite and make you feel comfortable. Being a lady I like the way they respect women. You feel safe even if you are new to city. Highly recommend them to everyone!

They rip you off, offer different prices than their first suggestion. They will be super late. Sure they can pretend to be friendly when you get in, but not when the company calls you to ask how much i paid ( in CASH ONLY, as told by the driver) and the driver calls me again to tell me to tell the company that I just tipped him and that is why i paid more. This is a joke and a rip off.
The company told me that the taxi would arrive in 20 minutes but it was an hour late, and that made me delay my flight, and their unexpected rise in price got me in trouble.

Dangerous, I called a taxi last night to pick up from a restaurant, the taxi driver called me and refused to come to the venue so I had to walk round the corner for 5 mins. They then shouted at me when ingor in the taxi. I called to complain and was sent an apology. This morning that driver started calling my mobile at 6.55. I phoned the company and said I did not want to hear from him. They didn't care.

As there were no Ubers available, we called Cintracks for a taxi to a location that was 4 minutes drive away by google maps. They had no official timer and charged £15, then they demanded cash. Even the staff at the restaurant we were at were gobsmacked, Cintracks really, really took advantage. Would never use again, way overpriced. They need to know that they cannot get away with jacking the price up on people like that, and if they do they will be reviewed negatively. I see someone else posted a very similar review, so this seems to be a pattern with Cintracks.
