Moorfield eye hospital asked me to find a MECS Optometrist... I found Visioncare locally to me in Barnet and needed to see them as a matter of urgency. They saw me the next day and were very professional in their approach to my care. The place was visibly being cleaned as customers came and went. The staff were very polite and accommodating. They were able to perform every test I required, present me with a diagnosis and treatment plan. What took just 2 days for Visioncare had still not been delivered by Optegra after over 2 months and a year in their care. I would recommend them to anybody and

The best optician I have been to! At visioncare they have wonderful customer service. They are all very friendly and always have a smile. I have been going to Visioncare for over 20 years and cannot fault the service I have received. Visioncare are always professional, keeping me informed and confident with regards to my eye care. We have only bad experiences with this optician. employees are not experienced and not competent. my son counted twice for one visit despite the fact that the child is 16 years old. The young man who works there is completely ignorant of the patients' disease cards. He did not know whether the lenses are for my son or not and whether he can spend them. You also had this problem with reading the medical recommendations on the card. in the final stage, I left the office unprofessional for me, without the lens for my son and cleared for £ 60. For me, this situation is unacceptable. I never recommend

I have been a patient at the Barnet practice for over 20 years and the service has always been exemplary. Prakash's knowledge and expertise is first rate and he always puts the care of his patients first. There have been occasions during this period when I have needed immediate eye care and he has always found time to see me. The staff are always courteous and helpful, and this is why I would not consider going elsewhere even though I live over 30 miles away.
