Chirag was introduced to me through my daughter’s friend who studied with him. He has helped me previously with my painful shoulder. Currently he is helping me with post knee operation recovery. There was no question that I wouldn’t have gone to him again: he is extremely competent, assesses you expertly, understands your issues and works with you whilst pushing you to achieve your potential. He always has plenty of helpful advice and goes that extra mile. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I have had back problems since I was a teenager and I have been treated by so many practitioners over the years. Chirag is by far the best one of all! He is extremely thorough and works in a way I have never experienced before. He never makes you feel rushed and takes time to treat you as well as explain your problems to you in a way that is easy to understand. He also emphasises the importance of self help. I couldn't recommend him highly enough and I would never go to anyone else again.

I first attended MyPhysio a year ago, following Total Knee Replacement surgery. Priyaa was brilliant helping me regain strength and stability in the leg. Judicious use of the amazing 'alterG' machine was very helpful, as was the opportunity to visit to use equipment for specific strengthening exercises between physio sessions.
I have been attending again recently for help with my shoulder and Priyaa has helped with that, using physio and exercises and also acupuncture.
Everybody at MyPhysio is lovely - friendly, helpful, cheerful and supportive. Karen helps it run like clockwork. They have got

Chirag is an excellent physio. I had a broken collarbone which lead to a frozen shoulder. Chirag really made a different in rehab and coordinated with my personal trainer to ensure I’m back to fitness. Highly recommend him. Compared to other physios I’ve found one of his session is equivalent to 3 sessions to other physios I’ve seen.

I see Karen for Pilates. Before starting classes I met with Karen to discuss my injuries. She gave me a full assessment; looked at my posture and movement. Really great small classes after the initial assessment. Karen is a fab instructor and follows her own teachings. Focused on individuals throughout the class, we all get one-to-one instruction and I certainly get a lot out of the hour. Highly recommend.
