Over the past 20 years we have built up a wonderful group of motivated health professionals, skilled in a range of disciplines from Pilates (reformer and mat), personal training and yoga to massage therapy and mindfulness. Services
WPPC is a physiotherapy, health and fitness centre of excellence. Chartered Physiotherapists are the experts in physical activity management. We treat holistically, functionally and bring in life coaching skills to improve your whole health and wellbeing. We believe that the way to resolve and alleviate your pain symptom is best found by non-invasive treatment, exercise and possibly lifestyle change.
If you have physical symptoms that give you joint pain or muscle ache whether in movement or stationary, then please call us to discuss the appropriate treatment. In the first instance, have a quick chat with one of our receptionists who will give a clear idea as to how we can help. If you have more detailed questions about your symptoms and the appropriate way forward, they will arrange for you to speak to one of our physiotherapists.
Our team has the experience to understand the nature of your pain and to identify and treat the cause. We are also great motivators and supporters. This is key - because we believe you play an active part in your own rehabilitation. Your recovery will be dramatically quicker if you engage with the process, do the exercises that we explain and also take seriously the lifestyle issues that we may discuss.
Before we treat, we perform a full assessment by which we understand your symptoms and any underlying conditions and root out the causes of your pain. Then we give a full explanation as to why you are in pain or discomfort and how you can prevent such injuries recurring in future with simple exercise and lifestyle routines.
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core or centre (tones abdominals while strengthening the back), and improving coordination and balance.

Fantastic clinic. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They are always very professional. I went there with a knee problem and after a few months I came out as new.

Sheena was super effective in fixing my ITB issue, also had acupuncture with other therapists and can highly recommend the practice
