Diabetes is a lifelong condition that causes a person's blood sugar level to become too high. Type 1 diabetes can develop quickly over weeks or even days, whereas many people have type 2 diabetes for years without realising because the early symptoms tend to be general. The amount of sugar in the blood is controlled by a hormone called insulin, which is produced by the pancreas.

David Singh is the most rude optician I have come across. He describes himself as a "legend" on the company website. In the middle of the eye test, he looked at my glasses and said in a very rude and sarcastic manner "Why don't you buy your glasses from us? If people like you come to us to only get your eyes tested, there is no point. You get your eye tested from us and buy glasses from Specsavers". It seems from his rude comments that if you are not planning to buy glasses from his company, you are not welcome.
He does not seem to know how to treat patients at all. Avoid this Optician.
