I recently used Dutch and Dutch to rent out my flat in West Hampstead. They were responsive and professional throughout. Huw Howell-Pryce found fantastic tenants very quickly on short notice, and Bianca Selman did a great job of organising all necessary certificates and checks to make the flat tenant-ready. Peter Wilson, couldn't ask for a better agent. I was searching for an industrial space and he was incredibly helpful, bearing in mind that I had a very specific criteria of what I was looking for. He took in all the information and presented options which fitted the description. He's very quick to respond, very personal with his service. I appreciate agents are very busy, however he made you feel and made you the priority when communicating. Dutch & Dutch as a whole are very good, highly recommended.
