It was really easy with dealing with the team at Checkmate Estates. The team were friendly, professional and always kept me up to date with progress. Any terminology that I didn't understand was always explained without me feeling uncomfortable. I have ask jason for the valuatuon for the house which i am going to buy, he visit the house and explain the situation in detail , and provude me a virble valuation, after that i went to my seller and negtiate and then i have applied for a mortgadge , and the value came exactlety same as jason mention. After searching many estate agents, I decided to go with checkmate due to the level of customer service and interaction they had with me while I had my property on the market. The level of professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by this very close knit operation is something all industries need to take note of.
They worked tirelessly in only bringing qualified viewings so as to not waste my time and vetted all the interested parties.
They demonstrated such a level of trust that I even gave the full mandate to act on my behalf as I emigrated and they did everything!
