The founding members of Paul & Co. are Mr. Singh and Dev Dahari they joined forces over ten years ago. Mr. Singh had been an estate agent previously and had his own local office. Dev Dahari had just graduated from a London University with a degree in Economics and wanted to get into the property game.

Very bad experience with them as a tenant, never good in reply and if something goes wrong at property you have to call them and wait for days for some 1 to come and fix, once I had to wait 3 days for some 1 to come and fix washing machine but still I got some 1 to fix that, when contract finish and left property they tried every single thing to eat my disposit and left me with peanuts in return.

Have been renting my property with Paul & Co for the last 7 years. I deal with a gentleman called Dev who is professional, courteous and a delight to deal with. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, I have recommended Paul & Co to other friends and they feel the same. Highly recommended. The boys at Paul & co have become good friends now.
