Just called up to try and get an email for a lettings manager & the tone that I was spoken to by "Maggie" was just plain disrespectful! I was accused of calling from a company even though I clarified it was for myself. I honestly don't know what's rattled her cage but if this is how you talk to potential tenants then I don't want a part of this.
