Services
We think that we are excellent in our provision for our children and families but don't just take our word for it, see what some of our parents and children say about us. My daughter absolutely loves being at Katie's Kids and since she started we have been delighted with the development of her social skills, speech and general ability.
As well as caring for and nurturing your child in the Baby Room, the team team provide a range of stimuli to engage and promote your child's understanding of themselves and the world around them. With a ratio of one key worker to three babies your child's key worker will quickly build a strong relationship with him or her and understand their specific needs and strengths.
Our Toddlers team provide a safe nurturing environment with a ratio of one key worker to four children. On entering the room all children are assessed and their development tracked. This not only keeps you informed of your child's development but also allows their key worker to tailor activities to promote the whole child.
In our Pre-School setting we cater for the uniqueness of every child as an individual. Our team provide continuous provision for the children in line with the EYFS early learning goals. With a ratio of one key worker to eight children, your child will quickly build a strong bond with their key worker and the other children in the setting.
In each room clear routines are set out for children to encourage their development and enjoyment whilst they are with us. See the timetable below to see what a typical day in toddlers might look like. At Katie's Kids Nursery all of our meals are freshly prepared on a daily basis. Meal and snack times are a time to promote not only healthy eating habits but also to promote good manners and the social enjoyment of eating together.

Nothing but amazing ! That’s all I have to say! Such friendly staff, beautiful fun nursery , great skills for learning the fact they even get to learn to cook from a young age is just unbelievable, learning everyday life skills at such a young age is just incredible! The outdoor space is amazing plenty of room to play different activities! I have nothing but amazing words to say!! Would highly recommend for a wide range of ages xx

Rhys has been at Katie's since they opened and he was only 9 months old. He has absolutely loved it there and they have developed him so well in preparation for going into Reception class, he is more than ready. All the staff are fab and we will miss them all very much. The level of care is excellent and the children are so lucky to have such wonderful facilities and activities to do. Especially the sessions cooking with Katie and their time in out playing and learning in the forest school. I would highly recommend this Nursery.
