Services
Everyone at our practice is committed to providing you with the very best in pet healthcare. Our veterinary team bring a wealth of experience to the practice, and have individually obtained high standards of professional qualifications through continuing professional education and postgraduate study.
Our main surgery in Laurieston was upgraded in 1995 to provide extra space for both vets and patients. There has also been significant investment in equipment from that time. The practice provides a complete veterinary service, and our care is underpinned by the use of a full range of modern treatments.
All of our surgeries operate an appointment system. This minimises waiting times and distress to your pet. At our Laurieston clinic we run 15 minute appointment slots and at Bo'ness and Kilsyth we currently run a mix of 10 and 20 minute appointments. Double appointments can be booked for multiple pets or complex cases.
Ashbank Vet Centre endorses the concept of pet insurance to pay for those unexpected bills. Insurance allows you to treat and investigate conditions that you might otherwise find difficult to do. Modern veterinary medicine, as in human medicine, is moving at an alarming pace and it is increasingly expensive to use the latest drugs and techniques, which can often only be carried out with the help of pet insurance.
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
