We are now seeing all appointments including annual check ups, boosters, titre testing & neutering. As lock down eases we are transitioning into a new normal. We are now able to see both routine and sick appointments. We are still operating a no entry policy. Please call when you are in the car park and wear a mask to talk to the staff member treating your pet.
Please call the practice so we can decide if we need to see your pet or perform a phone or video consultation.

If your pet becomes unwell please call us and we will triage the call. If it is not an emergency or urgent case, our vet may perform a consultation by phone or video call. You can then collect your pet's medication or we can deliver it. The cost of the telephone consultation is 25. You will also need to pay for postage or delivery of the medication if needed.
We can treat all sick pets, we have a fully equipped practice with in-house laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound and surgical facilities. We strive to see sick pets on the same day if we can, however, emergency cases will take priority. An emergency is classed as a life threatening or severely painful condition affecting your pet.
The best way to treat disease is to stop our pets getting sick in the first place! We offer a range of preventative health care services to help keep your pet as healthy as possible. We believe regular health checks are especially important so we can diagnose and treat conditions as early as possible which leads to more successful outcomes.
Holistic care is the treatment of the whole pet, considering nutrition, environment, genetics, behaviour and medical history. Holistic thinking is centered on love, empathy, respect and looking at an animal as an individual. A holistic vet will determine the best combination of conventional and complementary therapies for a given individual, this is also known as an integrative approach.

After paying over £170 for treatment my sister was told dog had to be in next morning for a check-up. looked at him for all of 2 minutes before telling me it's doing fine, oh and btw that's another consultation fee. also told come back in a few days where she will likely be charged another fee and then again another few days after to not only finish the treatment but you guessed it, a consultation fee. unless you're like us who had no other option available at the time go elsewhere.

The Natural Vet came recommended by so many as they claim to be a “Specialist” vet. They failed the safeguarding procedures and my dog was prepped/medicated for an op without them checking her notes (this has been admitted) I was told she had a sedative on Tuesday. Laylahs health following on from Tuesday had deteriorated, I had her into another vet and was told this was the side effects of more than a sedative. Challenging them I found out she had Acepromazine (sedative), Methadone (pain relief opioid), Meloxicam (NSAID pain relief) and Propofol (induction agent) …. So this was given to

Cannot speak higher of Adele and the team here. After an awful experience with a practice in Edinburgh I now travel to Glasgow for my dog's care, and it's every bit worth the travel. These guys really do love animals and want only the best for you and your pets. They offer all of the options available with up-to-date research knowledge that can help you with any decisions. Would recommend to anyone in Scotland and beyond! ♡

Initial experience was positive as spoke to a friendly and helpful receptionist to join the practice and arrange an appointment. Turned up to the appointment this morning and rang as advised and was asked to wait outside. 20 minutes went by and rang back to be told that due to an emergency earlier that morning it would be another 5-10 minutes. At this point I left as had a work meeting and was not prepared to keep waiting outside, particularly as wasn't convinced it would only be another 5-10 minutes. Fully appreciate that emergencies occur and have to be prioritised, however if the appointment

Best vets around. Can't recommend them enough. My wee dog passed before bringing him in as they where one off the few vets allowing someone in at a very difficult time. But took him here to get him cremated. The girl dealing with us was so nice and empathetic. Even sent us a wee sympathy card with his wee paw prints. Been recommending this place to everyone.

I cannot recommend this veterinary practice highly enough...in my 40 years of having used one particular practice I had been let down terribly and was advised to try this practice when my cat became unwell. Their treatment of him was outstanding and well considered. Unfortunately he was too unwell but even the process of putting him to sleep was dealt with sensitively and could not have gone better considering the circumstances. I asked for a paw print and they did that and a wee nose print as well as putting a cutting of his fur in a wee key ring ( I had asked for a paw print and cutting of fur

Joffrey goes to day care a couple of times a week and has been been going here since the start of March. He totally loves it - it's a friendly, family-feel environment where all the staff know him really well and he gets lots of 1:1 personal attention as well as training. Their opening hours are great (7.30 - 6.30) and I like being able to buy a pack of day care passes in advance so I don't have to worry about paying for each visit. It works out to be around £21 per day for day care which I think is worth it for the duration of time and the care he receives.
