Booked eye test for myself and my kids. The staff refused to take the test as one of my son got cold which is quite normal with the kids as the weather is changing these days and he coughed in the shop. Very disappointed with the behaviour of the staff. Was hoping for total opposite but unfortunately I was so surprised the way staff behaved. I took my kids straight from school to the opticians and they were in school uniform as well. Very bad experience

Purchased a beautiful pair of Persol glasses here for a very competitive price. Opted for the ultra thin lenses due to the savings I made. I returned to have my glasses altered due to my unusually small bridge and there was no issue whatsoever. Glasses fit perfect. The staff here are very experienced and knowledgeable. Customer care and aftercare is excellent. Highly recommended
