Services
Our practice provides a range of pet care services and is proud to offer you a complete range of veterinary care & services at affordable prices. We have invested in the latest computer technology and having an efficient record-keeping is essential for good clinical practice and service delivery. To keep your waiting times to a minimum and to allow you to schedule your visit to us around your time and needs.
Collection - We require 48 hours notice to fulfil your requirements and will contact you once your items are ready for collection. When you arrive, please call to let us know and we will arrange a safe drop-off & collection process from our team to you. Prescription Medication - If you would like a written prescription for medication please ask our team.
If your pet has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that you are not phoning for a routine matter and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
We will set up a plan specifically for your pet, providing them with the appropriate flea and worm treatments. We will also set up a reminder system for when you need to pick up more treatment as well as when their annual vaccinations are due, The plan is designed to help you as the owner do the best for your pet as well as be kinder on the pocket.
We never want money to be an issue should your pet require treatment but there is also no doubt that the provision of high quality veterinary care can be costly. We hope your pet stays in good health but, ask yourself, could you afford an unexpected veterinary bill of 2000? In the absence of a Pet National Health Service, lifelong pet insurance may offer the best solution for pet owners.

I took my puppy here for an issue I know a little about, they told me my puppy had a very bad infection and generally felt that I was bein spoken down to and without any respect. It cost me £133, I wasn't happy with wot I was told so I registered and took her to another vets only to be told she's perfectly healthy with no infection so not only did they make my puppy feel uneasy they made me spend money for no reason. In my opinion this vets it uncaring and only worried making money out of you. Will never use them again
