Had a chance to stay at Jericho's on our long weekend at Windermere. It was more than what we hoped for. Jericho's was very cozy and homey. It felt like a home away from home. Chris was very warm, helpful, and accommodating especially since we arrived after a long train disruption because of the storm. His staff were also very accommodating. Our room was nice and cozy enough. It was also very tidy and the interior design was on point. Breakfast was hearty. Location was great since everything was just a Slshort walk away. It was reasonably priced. Definitely staying here again.

Cute guesthouse located not too far from Windermere station. Although it's a walking distance from the station, I recommend taking a cab if you have a big suitcase because the roads are hilly. The room is simple but is tastefully decorated. I paid £100 for a queen size bed room which is a-ok for the UK standard but it felt slight expensive coming from the States. The breakfast was rather simple but hearty and traditional. There is a bus stop for 599 just a few minutes away which takes you to Bowness Pier, Grasmere, etc. I recommend going down to the Bowness Pier and take a ferry from there
