Bonnie and Ian welcome you to Holly Lodge Guest House in Windermere Town centre, where we endeavour to provide our guests with the very best quality service. Holly Lodge is a large Victorian Guest House built in 1854 and refurbished to a high standard. Our sleeping accommodation consists of 10 tastefully furnished bedrooms, All our bedrooms have modern en-suite facilities, flatscreen Tvs, hair dryers and tea/coffee making facilities.
A free hearty breakfast comes with every night's stay. We live here in this stunning mountainious region with our four children and we absolutely love it and know you will too. There is so much to do for everyone. If you feel like having a swim and gym, then ask us for a free pass. There is also a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna (limited spaces available) all located at our off site health club just 5 minutes away.

Located in a quiet road just of the main street, Holly Lodge is only 2 minutes from Windermere Town centre or a short trip down the hill to Bowness village and Windermere Lake. From those arriving by train the station is less than 5 minutes walk or if you prefer to arrive by car we have amble off street parking.

All I can say is WOW, a beautiful guest house and Ian and bonnie and staff were amazing 👍👍 and the lakes were beautiful we didn’t want to leave we will be back next year, beautiful part of the country, we were so chilled and was much needed x wish we were back there now 👍👍 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you holly lodge for making our little break to relaxing 🙌🙌🙌🥂🥂🥂

We have just arrived home after a lovely but wet & cold week in Windermere. We stayed at Holly Lodge, which was well decorated & furnished throughout, clean & comfortable. The breakfasts were really nice with a good selection to choose from & always served hot. Staff very polite & pleasant. Bonnie was really lovely, gave us information on where to go & what restaurants were good. Would highly recommend and if we decide to holiday there again, we will definitely be booking up here again, (but between June & August due to weather). Thank you Bonnie, Ian & staff

Great guest house for those staying in Windermere. Staff were really friendly and rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard. Breakfast was fine - on some days it was nicer than others. One issue I found was a crack in the furniture (which thankfully, didn't cause injury) and the shower temperature was quite inconsistent. Other than that, I would recommend this place as it was a reasonable price and I enjoyed staying here.

The lodge has a modern and tidy aesthetic which we weren't excepting. It's open and clean, the shared living area is relaxing and lush.
The bathrooms were modern and had cool lighting, i want my bathroom to look like them.
The landlady was fun and informative. The cleaning and dining staff were kind and attentive.
Parking was tight but good. It's on a quiet street, but also near the shopping and food areas which was great.
I would definitely book here again, it was well priced and perfect for a few days.
