Nice owners happy to help.. Good location..rooms clean and well kept... But we stayed in the attic conversion room 4 .. And the roof in half the room was so low I was constantly banging my head.. You couldn't even sit up in bed to read.!avoid room 4 at all costs. Check when you book. Otherwise I think you're stay will be fine. A walk to park the car is needed as there is no free parking nearby.

Owners are nice people, breakfast was minimal, No carpark, had to park half a mile away in the bus station carpark which has to be paid for. Busy Rs outside the place, so a little noisy at times.

Lovely little b&b. We stayed for 2 nights, our room was clean and comfortable breakfast was fresh, hot and tasty. The owners are lovely people defiantly worth a stay if you are in the windemere and don't mind a little walk to the lake. Parking out side the b&b is restricted to 1hour but if you ask the owners they pointed out great parking just over the road .

A clean and peaceful bedroom which, although small, had everything needed for a few nights away. Breakfast isn't included but is available at an additional cost.
