To ensure the safety of yourselves and our staff we have made a few small but significant changes. Check-in time has moved back from 2pm to 3pm. This allows us more time to ensure all the rooms as deep cleaned and sanitized before you arrive. At the Bar, we are asking Guests to book their drinks down to their Room Bill or pay by card, this is to limit cash contact.

Really enjoyed our stay.
Very clean, freshly refurbished, large comfortable bed, attention to details, friendly staff.
The breakfast was delicious with good choice served high level with that nice tableware.
Every night after long busy day we had our "night cuppa" at the bar and guy there was very friendly and chatty.
Would definitely recommend

This is not ultra posh, my room had no brilliant sea views. What it had was a rather nice atmosphere and excellent service. My visit was during covid restrictions. The place was spotlessly clean. The food was good. A minutes walk got you to West Cliff. I got the impression that some guests were regular returners. I'm glad I found it. I will most certainly go back.

This was our first stay here and certainly won’t be our last! The minute we walked through the door we felt welcomed, comfortable and that nothing was too much trouble. Love the staff everyone was friendly,… efficient and professional. The room was excellent, clean and fresh with all the little extras even down to individual COVID packs. The dining room was bright and airy, the food and service very good. Really like being served at the table, non of this help yourself that seems to dominate most places, may change after COVID but would think this is the norm for the Saxonville. Appreciate

Everything was in place for us to feel safe to enjoy our holiday in these unusual times. Hand sanitizers were strategically placed in public areas. A welcome pack including a mask wS in our bedroom. We went half board, the food was absolutely delicious and we avoided queues at restaurants in the town. I had followed the arrangements being made at the hotel and they were true to their word. We had an excellent break thanks to all their forward thinking.
