We sold our house with Benjemins, Wanda was great very professional we left all viewing to her. After the sell Sam took over and again she was great, nothing was to much trouble, was on the phone nearly every day to see how it was all going and Sam never minded she kept us up to date with it all. Would go with Benjamins again

We invited four estate agents to value our father house and we found the Benjamins stood out. They seemed far more genuine and sincere and actually listened to us! They were very observant, noticing the features that made the house special and putting themselves in a knowledgeable position to show prospective buyers around the property. They were also willing to show buyers around at times that suited them. They handled the sale well and helped us choose between two prospective buyers.
