When you are writing your CV, you should constantly be questioning whether the content you have included is relevant to the job you are applying to - tailor your CV. Avoid rambling sentences, excessive jargon, irrelevant information, poor grammar and spelling, outrageous colours, and unnecessary graphics.
At rthirteen recruitment, we aim to help you be as interview ready as possible. Interviews can take on many forms, dependent on the industry and level of role. That said, the message remains the same - to give you the highest chance of being successful, the key to success is preparation. By researching a company it will allow you to talk about their business in the interview.

I really cannot recommend Rthirteen enough, especially Jess. She was so helpful and enthusiastic throughout the application and interview process, and was always there to help or answer any queries I had.
Jess was incredibly positive and friendly, she always took the time to check in with me before and after each interview and she knew exactly what… I was looking for. Tasha also checked in with me regularly about my search for a role which was really great as well.
Everybody I spoke to was really helpful and I would recommend Jess, Tasha and Rthirteen in a heartbeat!

Tasha was amazing, she went out of her way to help me find my perfect role all the way from the interview process to getting me the terms that were right for both me and my new employer. Being relatively new to the U.K can be daunting not least during a pandemic. I was so pleased to hear from Jess Harbour ( ) who called me to gain a clear understanding of exactly what I was looking for by way of employment. Not only was she friendly and easy to talk to but remained in regular contact regarding potential job opportunities. I’m really pleased to say that thanks in no small part to Jess, I’ll be starting my new job on Monday 19th April and can’t wait!
