Service Service was formed in 1980 and is a privately owned, independent recruitment agency that specialises in employment throughout Norfolk. Concentrating on a huge range of sectors, our company has placed candidates throughout a wide variety of positions and contracts. After commencing employment in 2006, Andrew Pitt took over the leadership of the company in early 2013, then became the sole owner of the business in 2018.
One of our key policies is making sure that we employ consultants with specific experience in their chosen field. This means that when it comes to serving both clients and candidates we immediately understand and meet your needs. As Service Service's owner, Andy not only looks after the day to day running of the business but also utilises his own personal and professional networks to find the ideal candidates for executive positions.

As an HR professional I get bombarded with agencies calling me/sending me CV's etc. Service Service take the time to listen to you and understand your business. Always the first (and usually only) agency I will go to with my needs. Have used them now for nearly 10 years and always recommend them to fellow HR Managers as well as prospective candidates. Would give them 6 stars if I could.
