Critical: Professionalism
Have no manners on Phone like normal, dont want to pay you 100% of money on time , explaining like a payroll mistake, paying you minimum wage for hard nightshifts higly not recomended company.

My friend waited over an hour where he had been told for transport. When staff came in they denied all knowledge of this, including the man who had given him the instructions. Very poor.

Joined and was told lots of regular work and plenty of jobs as a driver, they are still advertising for the jobs i've applied for yet i'm sat here doing nothing! Had the odd day in a month then a couple of weeks solid then nothing. Been lied to about being taken on by companies to get you there thinking you'll have a full time job at the end of it but when you ask the regular staff they laugh. You're just a cash cow when it suits them, don't expect any loyalty from them for doing a great job as you get none of it, they just put a new recruit in to get more people on the books. A disgraceful way

She has built her career on BS and lie after lie after lie, would hate to be her husband, I would never know if she was ever telling the truth.. CPL were recommended by a reputable source and from the offset they were very helpful. Taking a keen interest in my needs and current position the contact and requests for information was amazing from the offset. Nothing promised, but after 3 days of assistance they have lined me up an interview. I have already recommend to people in a similar position to myself.

Really disappointed. I send my c.v countless times call them and always the same answer we are going to call you something that never happend . Or they don’t care and they need to train their staff . Or they are inexperienced young people who have no clue from any industry and just follow orders .

Would call me every Friday asking if I’m free to work the following week. Always said YES. Would hear nothing over the next week until Friday afternoon when I would get a call asking if I’m free to work the following week. To which, guess what, I said yes. And the process repeated for over two months with absolutely no work offered/given, before finding work with someone else.... pretty useless....

When I first moved up here I was looking for work and I contacted them and the ask me to come in for chat the staff where professional and very helpful and went though my c.v and the next day I was at work 4 to 6 days a week for the next 6 months until I landed a full time contract

Well I have no problem about this agency all my questions are answered by text or email.. Their staff is friendly and helpful.
