I was contacted about a job opening that suited my skill set. After a short chat they arranged an interview and stayed in close contact to make sure everything was going smoothly. I did get the job, but left after only 4 weeks due to a better opportunity becoming available for me. Everything was sorted out quickly and hassle free. After 22 years in the Armed Forces looking for a change of career was a massive step and for me, and incredibly daunting. I approached Technique Recruitment on a recommendation from an Engineering manager I had spoken to regarding my best steps forward. After delving into my skills and expectations I was fortunate to be offered an interview and secured a job such that my transition to civilian life was pretty much text book.
