Services
I use CBT: (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to address pattern behaviors. I use AIT (Advanced Integrative Therapy), to treat and heal trauma, which works on the whole body's energetic field, relieving traumatic symptoms and associations.
I often hear people say, "I wouldn't mind having someone outside of my life to talk to, but I don't feel my issues are serious enough." And they struggle on feeling sad, lonely and unsupported. I believe most people could do with someone to talk to, in private, who is impartial, at some point in their life.
Everybody is unique and how we cope with difficulties is individual to us and our circumstances. Get things out in the open, 'come to terms' with your situation, find solutions and strategies to deal with your difficulties, be confident, motivated and empowered to step towards what you really want and need.
Having gained a BACP Certificate in Relational Depth and Connection in Online Therapy OCTIA 2016, I understand how important and different it is to establish safety and rapport through a screen, especially when our bodies and eyes are not actually physically connected, as they would be if we were to meet in person.
Each family unit has its own personal dynamics and domestic demands. It can be very worrying and difficult to discuss or address concerns with your children or other family members, without feelings of guilt or obligation clouding the situation, often leading to resentment. This can be arranged on a one to one basis or as family mediation, or a mix of both.
