Services
The facilities available allow the babies to be cared for in a comfortable, relaxed and homely environment. Babies are encouraged to make connections as they explore their world through touch, sight, sound, taste and smell. Activities and resources are provided to encourage sensory and physical exploration, language, imaginative and creative expression.
Every child is 'A Unique Child' in the Toddler Room, promoting their special personalities, talents and abilities. Each child is focussed on as an individual, taking into consideration their interests. Experiences are implemented 'in the moment' to provide for progression in learning. Providing a supportive and caring environment where children can feel a sense of belonging, allowing their confidence to grow.
The two rooms operate independently and caters for up to 9 children each based on the ground floor at the front of the property. Both rooms are arranged in areas of provision to give a constant environment that is safe but challenging. Continuous Provision is provided with a variety of resources reflecting children's interests and seasonal events based around the E.Y.F.S framework.
The Yellow Room is the pre-school room and caters for 22 children and is located on the ground floor at the rear of the property with direct access to the outdoors. We operate a self-registration system. This involves the child looking at a selection of names to find their own name supported by the practitioners if necessary.
At Kinder Park Nursery, we place high value on outdoor play, ensuring it is part of our everyday routine for the children. We believe each of the four weather seasons provides new and exciting learning opportunities to experience the different concepts. To the front of Kinder Park, there is a secure coded gate system which provides a safe entry on to the nursery premises.
