Services
Chartered Physiotherapists are recognised therapists working in private and NHS clinics. We treat people affected by injury, illness or disability in many ways, particularly through joint and soft tissue mobilisations, movement, exercise, education and advice. We work to maintain health for people of all ages, helping patents' to also manage pain and prevent disease.
Your shoulder is the most flexible joint in your body. It allows you to place and rotate your arm in many positions in front, above, to the side, and behind your body. This flexibility also makes your shoulder susceptible to instability and injury. Physio-forward has physiotherapists who specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of all shoulder conditions.
The Breast Physiotherapy Clinic offers treatment for patients who have undergone Surgery, Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy or Endocrine (hormone) therapy for Breast Cancer. Treatments are individually tailored to the patients needs and aims to reduce pain, improve range of motion of the neck, chest, shoulder and arm (known collectively as the Upper Quadrant).
The Hand Therapy Clinic offers all aspects of Hand Therapy for patients who have suffered an injury or undergone surgery to their hand, wrist, elbow or shoulder. Treatment is individually tailored to the patient's needs, and designed to restore function and minimise pain as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Women's Health physiotherapy aims to offer a holistic approach to pelvic health problems to allow people to return to everyday activities and to maintain/improve their fitness levels. Pre-natal conditions including pelvic girdle pain, low back pain and musculoskeletal pain. Musculoskeletal pain post-pregnancy (as there is highly likely to be a pelvic floor component).

I don’t often leave reviews but Leanne O’Brien has been so excellent that I wanted to say thank you.
I started seeing Leanne a few months after my baby was born via a c-section. I had De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis (mother’s thumb) which was so bad that things like doing up the poppers on a babygrow was extremely painful.
After several months with Leanne it’s now completely better.
She has also pretty much entirely rebuilt my core, which is now stronger than before I was pregnant.
I’ve seen lots of physios over the years and what really impressed me about Leanne is her knowledge and
