Rouken Glen Vets is an independent veterinary practice in Giffnock. My cat went for a procedure at 9 am and didn't get home till half 6 at night due to other emergencies arising within the surgery. Understandable however not happy with the lack of updates from the staff and how long this short procedure has taken. Should have more staff as every time I visit, they always are running very behind! Note that the staff are always super friendly though.

Lovely atmosphere, staff at all levels who genuinely care and I’ve had an exceptional experience with this vet as my dog was diagnosed with cancer and referred on to a specialist. Emma definitely went above and beyond with her support (and knowledge) through the referral process which made a very emotional diagnosis a little bit more manageable.

Our new puppy (Joffrey the Cockapoo!) came home on the weekend so I'd made an appointment to see the vet on Monday. Rouken Glen Vets came recommended to me from a friend who's a vet nurse and I can see why she recommended them - they are all so friendly and welcoming.
When I'd made the initial enquiry, they phoned to say they'd make me an appointment to see both the vet nurse and the vet, just to get our puppy properly welcomed and to answer all our questions. It's a really nice vet - big waiting room, lovely friendly staff and lots of things to buy if you need pet supplies
