We regularly bring in special visitors to our school to work with the children such as The School of Falconry, Hullabaloo Children's Theatre, Amazon Jungle, Wilson and his African Drums and many others. Parents receive monthly news sheets and weekly information sheets letting you know what your child will be learning each day.

Services
Holywood Nursery School is a non-denominational teacher led pre-school under the control of the Department of Education and the Education Authority. We are situated close to the town centre. Holywood Nursery School is one of Northern Ireland's original nursery schools and we have been serving our community since 1947.
Holywood Nursery School follows the Northern Ireland Pre-School Curriculum. This is a play based curriculum that promotes learning through informal and small group situations. At Holywood Nursery School we promote this through our system of self selection and free flow between indoor and outdoor areas and also through organised activities for the children and the daily story session which finishes every nursery day.
