My husband's name appears above but I was the client who visited The Hair Business in Cowbridge and received such an excellent service that I felt I should review this salon. My name is Lyn Jones and went to the salon to have expert help with having my hair styled and cut and a treatment due to ill health with on going thyroid issues.
Jayne the senior stylist was wonderful, she talked me through all my concerns and how I would like my hair styled and cut. She did an amazing job I looked almost a different person leaving the salon.
In only two days I have had several compliments about my hair

I don’t normally post on social media, but I felt compelled to say a huge public thank you to George and Leah at The Hair Business Cowbridge for my hair transformation with Kerestraight. After 2 pregnancies, my hair was left wrecked. Coarse, frizzy, and dull. I have tried various in-salon and at home keratin or straightening treatments over the last few years - some of them were quite good, but nothing compares to Kerestraight. George introduced me to my new must-have treatment when I moved to the area last year, and I quickly became a Hair Business fan. I had my fourth treatment last Friday

I went twice and had 2 different colours of highlights and was charged accordingly. Today I had again highlights done with 2 colours only but was charged for 3 colours. I was told that's for the extra time because my hair are so thick. Well, I didn't suddenly grow thicker hair. I had the same thick hair the other 2 times I went there. I feel really ripped off. This time at least it was warm in there this time and I didn't shiver.

Far too expensive for the service, and the first time I got a haircut here, the hairdresser did exactly what I told her NOT to do with my hair and she cut it extremely short for my liking. Despite that, I went back again to get my hair coloured and they did an amazing job, but for over £100 is ridiculous!
