Moonfleet is in a stunning location. We have visited three times and love it. I could go on and praise everything but what makes Moonfleet so special are the wonderful staff. I think their catchphrase is 'no problem'.

Everything about Moonfleet is ‘we can do that’ and ‘we can help’
As the mom of two young children, having clean towels every day, someone to change the bed when my son wets it to meals prepared to so much kindness and patience with a sometimes trying 2 year old or tantrum 4 year old was just so needed and appreciated! My husband and I also got quality time which was so nice. The little people loved the pool, the den, the play area and loved seeing their parents relax ❤️

Excellent family friendly hotel with amazing facilities for children. Staff are incredible, very welcoming and amazing with little ones. Free childcare is fantastic and give parents a much needed break and the recreational facilities are incredible.

This is our 4/5th time of visiting this lovely hotel, the staff are extremely attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We had our dog Blade with us and he was settled at the hotel within minutes of arriving. We were very fortunate to have been upgraded to a much larger room, which was also a huge benefit for both ourselves and Blade. Thank you once again to all the staff, you were amazing.

Went for a family weekend. The hotel is in a great location, very near Chesil Beach and there are some good views from rooms.
There are lots of facilities for young families, children's activities and play areas.
The bedrooms are rather tired, especially the bathrooms and we could hear the people next door quite clearly. The staff were really nice and helpful, with one notable exception, but the staff in restaurant were either poorly trained or very inexperienced because we were frequently given the wrong meals or variations of meals and had to ask for basic things like cups and cutlery, etc

What an experience! 5 stars!
The service was fantastic, from the warm reception to the friendly Waiter's and Hostesses. Clean rooms with tons of character. Plus Andrew gave the most entertaining tour around the coast.
The food was all delicious and came out fast. Full English breakfast, ciabattas for lunch and steak with a beautiful wine pairing to finish. Overlooking the water, it couldn't get much better.
I will definitely be returning soon.

Moonfleet Manor is a gorgeous building in a beautiful location. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, especially the hotel staff who went out of their way to help. The lounges have been refurbished and are lovely, however l agree with a previous review that the blocks of colour on the front stairs are out of keeping. The bedrooms are due for a much needed upgrade, hopefully keeping the charm but creating more storage. The restaurant food was delicious on the whole, although varied in quality during our 6 night stay. Requests for alterations to the dish rarely made it to the kitchen, however

Magical Moonfleet experience. Always feel welcomed here and at home with my dog. Conor the pizza dude in the wigwam serves excellent pizza during the day with a variety of drinks and ice cream. Well worth the visit just to have a beer and pizza in the garden! Will be back for years to come.

Brilliant spot for families. Our girls had a wonderful time running round the grounds, playing in the Bear Den and watching movies in the theatre in the evenings. Special shout out to Connor who makes the most divine pizza in the pizza tepee! Yummy! And to Sarah in the spa whose is absolutely amazing. Lovely staff all round. We’ll definitely come back soon.
