Tregrill Farm is situated in a small hamlet just 6 miles from the Cornish coast. From our tranquil setting you can visit the whole of Cornwall, South Devon, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, with countryside walks accessible directly from your door. We are a family run business with 4 generations of our family living on site.

Our aim is simple, to provide "better than home" accommodation to make your holiday as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. To help you settle in, we provide our guests with a small welcome basket of local goods and some basic provisions. Our cottages have been converted from typical Cornish Slate barns that date back to 1824 and retain many original features, they are set in an enclosed courtyard, each with its own private garden area.
Services
Follow the manufacturers instructions on how to install the POI. Finding accommodation that meets the needs of you and your party is key to a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. To help you decide whether our cottages meet your needs we have prepared the access statements for each cottage that describe the cottage layout and physical environment.
Lots of walks are accessible directly from the cottage but an OS map is needed to make the most of these. Please keep our farmers happy by keeping to the footpaths marked by yellow arrows and closing any gates behind you. Please remember to keep dogs well under control during lambing season and on a lead around sheep and lambs.

A cosy cottage with modern furnishings easily fits 4 people. Very well insulated but if needed a wood burner can be used to give it that little bit of a boost. It's got a very good location close enough to a main road to make travelling around Cornwall easy but not close enough to be a nuisance.

This was our 3rd time staying and it is always a joy. The attention to detail such as having a cold bag and picnic things provided for you to use for a day out, the games room, the strong WiFi for the kids and their all important screens :-) it is these little touches that make it so home like when using one of their gorgeous self contained cottages.

Quiet and peaceful. A loaf would be more helpful on a Sunday arrival than twee biscuits.

Really nice cottages, but finding the right road to use is really important as it is on some tight country roads. Inbetween Plymouth and St Austell, so really convenient for lots of tourist attractions.

We stayed in the Provence cottage. Lovely cottage, well equipped and very spacious. There us a cluster of four cottages, each with there own distinct style. There is a BBQ area and a games room with plenty of books, games as well as a full size snooker table, darts and table tennis. Great base for exploring Cornwall and enjoying the countryside. Adrenaline quarry is just down the road and worth a visit too!
