Henwood Barns is a small complex with three delightful, individual Self Catering Holiday Cottages nestled into a "chocolate box" village location on the edge of Bodmin Moor. The cottages have all been tastefully converted from farm buildings believed to date back to the 1840's. Although enjoying a quiet and secluded location, they are perfectly positioned for our guests to enjoy everything that Cornwall has to offer.
The stunning, ever changing beauty of Bodmin Moor is just a few steps away and can be explored on foot, bike or on horseback (there is a riding centre based within 200 metres). For those wishing to roam further afield, most major attractions (including the beautiful North and South coasts) are within a 40 minute drive.

Services
We are a family run business, with members of three generations contributing to the running of the complex. We guarantee you a warm friendly welcome from the family and every help we can provide during your stay with us. Becca and family live in one of the cottages on site so can be close at hand if you require any assistance.
We accept prior part-week bookings (subject to availability) at all times other than through the month s of July and August. Where additional occupancy can be accommodated, there is an additional charge of 15 per person per week to cover set-up and laundry costs. Mole Cottage - Additional occupancy of 2 persons (maximum 4 persons) Not suitable for child's bed or cot.

With regard to the owners response,regarding our stay,The photographs which we took were not taken at the end of our stay but taken within the first week, (would you like to use an oven that had cobwebs between the two pieces of glass in the door)and as for bringing it to her attention, we hardly saw her, (maybe three times at the most,and as for the more mature lady,on the one occasion we saw her she was rather abrupt to say the least!!) on our last day (we needed to vacate by 9.00 am (which we did) she was nowhere to be seen) we stand by what we wrote ( as we most definetley do not tell lies
