We were greeted by Linda who was so lovely and shown to our room. We stayed in a family room which accommodated us perfectly! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings and an amazing breakfast! Also only 10 minutes from Ullswater Lake and close to the M6. I would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay there again! Wonderful & safe experience during COVID.

Well, what can I say about this first class accommodation.
It was clean, it was very comfortable and the people who own it (Linda and her husband) are the most pleasantest of people my wife and I have ever met. they made our short stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had and we will highly recommend this guest house, we can't wait to return.

What a wonderful location close to Penrith. We stayed here for one night while doing the coast to coast. The accommodation is absolutely first class and the hosts simply could not do more to make us relaxed and rested for the challenges ahead ~ Also great local recommendations for an evening meal. Top location. Will definitely stay again.

Service was absolutely fantastic I'm celiac and nothing was to much trouble.
There was gluten free chocolates on the room gluten free cereals out for breakfast, lovely gluten free cooked breakfast.
