A spacious detached house nestled into a grassy bank with a quiet outdoor sitting area shaded by wild cherry trees. There are four bedrooms 2 double with king size beds and 2 single rooms to sleep 6 people, a bathroom with toilet, a second shower room with WC and washbasin. The large open living area features a wood burning stove.
Approached by five sandstone steps this cottage offers light and airy accommodation on one level for 4 people. Enjoying views across the Eden to the North Pennine fells, it has a comfortable living area with dining facilities for four, which leads to a kitchenette. The entrance hall with conservatory chairs benefits from facing south and is a popular sunny seating area.

The lounge and kitchen areas are separated by the dining area with seating for up to 6 people, a door from the lounge leads directly out to the paddock at the rear.The bathroom has a bath with shower over, an invigorating power shower is fitted in the shower room, whilst upstairs there are two bedrooms and a shower room.

Each cottage has a warm, cosy atmosphere, which reflects the considerable thought that has gone in to giving the properties their individual charm and character. Fitted carpets, tasteful decoration, colourful fabrics and quality furnishings give each cottage a warm homely feel. All have full central heating, Digital TV (Freeview) CD/DVD player and Wifi, also electric log effect fires for ease of use (except Garth which has a wood burning stove).
2. Your deposit for each week booked must accompany the Booking Form. The balance is payable not later than 30 days prior to your date of arrival. Deposits 150.00 for Garth Cottage and 100.00 all other cottages per week booked. Short Breaks 50.00 deposit. 3. Upon payment of the deposit and acceptance of the booking the guest becomes liable for the balance of the cost of the stay for the full period booked.
