Brockhill Barn Private Day Nursery
Our work has one clear focus: your child's individual needs. In order for us to support your child's development in the best possible way, we employ people with vast amounts of experience from within the childcare sector. All staff have a loving and caring nature and have come from different educational training backgrounds.

They all attend regular training courses, which enable them to bring new ideas and proposals to the nursery - ideas that will also benefit your children. Emma is the designated Nursery Principal. She has ultimate responsibility for Brockhill Barn Day Nursery.
Services
Brockhill Barn Private Day Nursery is located within a converted barn building, in a stimulating and picturesque farmland and countryside environment. The nursery is surrounded by open countryside and has a woodland area behind, which is home to much wildlife including fallow deer. In addition to this rural location, the nursery is also easily accessible to surrounding villages and all Midlands motorway networks.
The children are under the care of the baby suite until they are approximately twenty months old. However, if the supervisor feels a child is ready to move group rooms earlier than this to aid their development, then they will discuss this with the parents, and move them through earlier. Each baby is allocated a key worker, who will be a familiar point of contact for parents and children alike.
The children based in this room are aged approximately two to three years old. Parents can expect a more structured environment than in the baby suite. There is a day routine in place for the children to follow, in preparation for the next move to the pre-school room environment. There will be potty training and toilet visits as deemed appropriate.
The children based in this room are aged approximately thirty months to five years old. In this room we continue to provide a homely environment. We encourage the children to develop their independence, confidence, language and social skills. Our aim is to encourage the children to learn through play and practical experiences during planned and unplanned activities.
Our nursery has a safe outdoor environment for the children to explore. There is a rubberised safety surface for the climbing frame and slide as well as all other kinds of outdoor play. We also have a purpose built pavilion in the nursery garden which can be used as an 'outdoor classroom'. This can be used all year round.

As good as leaving your children with close family, my oldest has been going there since 9months old and fondly refers to going to brockhill barn as going to see friends. Some weekends I know she would rather be there with her friends than carted around with mum and dad.
The staff are all amazing and incredibly sweet and kind. If your about to have Kidd's and you want the best get your name down as soon as you can.
