Saw Otter Falls on a FB page for people wanting to get away from the firework period, our dog is not bothered by them but the place looked wonderful so we booked up a four night stay. The location is ideal, peaceful and beautiful. We stayed in the Long Barn which I think can accommodate up to 8 people - so it was more than fine for the two of us. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a very large double bed and the other has two single beds. There is a living room with a log burner and open plan kitchen with all you need to cook and washup. Outside there is a long patio with a table and chairs

Fantastic place to spend a few days. Fishing was good so Iā€™m told by the member of our group who fished. Very calm and peaceful. Hot tub was glorious and did wonders for the aches and pains. The lodge was cosy and comfortable, and apart from a few minor things, it was perfect.
Short car ride to Honiton which had some amazing places for food. Staff recommendations for food were on point. The staff themselves were lovely. Very likely to come back next year.

A very pleasant, spacious estate of properties. We stayed in the large farm house - four children, a baby and eight adults. Plenty of space, the solid old building meant quiet rooms. The hot tub was lovely and the walk around the lakes very pretty. The whole estate was well maintained. Recommended.

3rd visit, never fails to have a 5 star quality. Beautiful location and lodge, spotlessly clean and cosy. Staff there are so accommodating, our cooker decided to pack up, we had a new one installed and working within 2 hours.
Great for the fishermen, with beautiful lakes and surrounds. Will definitely be going back again very soon.

Me and my partner just came back from a few nights at OtterFalls in one of the signature lodges! It was exactly what we had hoped for! Beautiful and cosy lodge with a lake and hot tub. Such a quiet and peaceful place to visit! Staff very accommodating and also managed to land 6 beautiful dark carp up to 15lbs. Perfect getaway to suit my lady and me (fishing šŸ˜Ž) to top it off I made the lodge warm, cosy and romantic with the fire on and proposed! (She said yes šŸ™Œ) would definitely recommend OtterFalls. Thanks guys

Great little place to relax and unwind. If you like fishing and nice views it perfect. The lodges are well equipped, clean and tidy. The 3 lakes are also nice to fish with a mixture of fish and sizes. The only thing that could have been better would be the mattress and pillows but that's subjective I guess. Overall we had a very nice time and would have loved to do some more fishing!

Otter Falls is set in a tranquil setting, perfect for rest and rejuvenation. The cabins are cozy, clean and well kept. To wake in the morning to the mists rising from the lake and the sound of bird song was heavenly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful low key park set in very well thought out park. Great care and attention put into planning the layout. Three wonderful well stocked lakes on site, good dog walks, nice indoor pool and table tennis room. There is loads of space for the children to run, play ball games etc. There is also an excellent tennis court.

Accommodation is either in log cabins overlooking the lake or the stone barns. We had a dog friendly barn; it felt a little tired in particular the sofas but was clean and good value. Our friends had a none dog barn and it felt much fresher; clearly the older furniture
