Services
We really strive to ensure that everything is here for families with babies, toddlers and young children. Travel cots, bed guards, high chairs, booster seats, child friendly loo seats/steps, baby baths, playpens, baby bouncers, stairgates, fireguards, sterisers, baby monitors, blackout blinds, plastic crockery and cutlery, socket covers.
We have an extensive information folder and brochures in each cottage - so this is more of a prompt list than an exhaustive one. Please speak to us if you want some more specific help in planning your holiday. Red Doors is set in an idyllic, quiet hamlet surrounded by hundreds of acres of beautiful countryside and working farms, but the A30 is only 1.5 miles away (you can't hear it!)
Tim and Gill are here to provide all the help you need to book just the right accommodation and have a memorable holiday. The Farmhouse is a charming and delightful Devon holiday cottage - a thatched 500 year old Grade 2* listed Devon long house constructed of stone and cob with original beams, oak panelling and flagstone floor. This luxurious holiday cottage has been renovated to provide superb accommodation for the larger or extended family.

From driving through the red gates on our first day all was super. Tim welcomed us and guided us in with great good humour! We were a family of 10, three generations. The younger members of the family in the Farmhouse and us in Holly Cottage. All excellent and will recommend to all. Hope to be back. Enjoy!

Our Red Door Farms experience was beyond our expectations. We stayed in Byre Cottage which has 3 nicely sized rooms and nice size living (and kitchen) area. We particularly enjoyed the log fire (the farm provides pre-chopped wood at no extra cost). The cottage and farm is the perfect place for a young family with amenities such as an excellent games room, farm (with animal feeding), huge heated indoor pool (highly recommended - very warm) and outdoor park/toys such as trampoline. Adults can enjoy the sauna. With some beautiful seaside towns within 30 mins (Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and Exmouth to name

This is a very family friendly set of cottages in a tranquil part of North Devon. Has enough to keep younger teen-agers occupied - games room, swimming pool, WiFi - and very good for primary aged and younger children. Recently added round house for BBQs is a great family feature and a new sauna is great for adult time. Close enough, by car, to all the attractions of North Devon with Honiton a good spot for all the shops and good eating places.

What an amazing place, a perfect blend of a farm setting and luxury accommodation. Set in sublime countryside and it's the perfect basecamp for many days out around Devon. The owners have gone to great lengths to ensure keep the kids entertained throughout the day with animal feeding, pool, trampoline, numerous games, playroom, dvds, table tennis, table football.... I could go on!. If you are looking for a beautiful place where you and your children can have a great holiday I would totally recommend Red Doors Farm.

What a wonderful place to spend a week with your children. I would heartily recommend it to anyone else with or without children and we will certainly book again.
There was so much to do for our 18 month old that we spent a lot of time on the premises. The swimming pool, ride-on toys, animal feeding and the extensive play-room kept him (and us) entertained without extra cost or travelling time. I totally didn't expect the well-stocked play-room, or the volume and quality of everything on offer. It makes a week with an inquisitive active child all the less stressful. There's also more available
