Although Bunny Cottage was pleasant, the service from Best of Suffolk was less so. Best of Suffolk were quick to take the money for the cottage, but extremely slow at returning the deposit. We had to remind them several times. Additionally, having left an item of small value that was small and light-weight to post, the charge to return the item would be x10 the postage and the post office is just over the road. Whilst we accept there would be a nominal charge (perhaps GBP 10) for the time and effort to return the item, our feeling is that it is rather mean-spirited to charge GBP20. At the moment

Booking and provision of information prior to the week was very efficient. We had an issue with the washer drier which we reported first thing Monday morning to which the team responded promptly - however the owner did not rectify the matter so we were without a fully functioning machine for the week. The removal of the hand held shower from the en-suite was disappointing as it meant there was only one shower for 7 people. Laundry was well managed and the house was generally clean. We appreciated the welcome groceries. The standard of cleaning in the kitchen in particular was not up to a satisfactory

Very disappointing, inefficient service and communication. The deposit return time is unacceptable. On leaving the property in perfect condition it was confirmed there were no damages on the day. However the deposit refund was not initiated until some days later. Nearly two weeks after that date, we still haven’t received our hefty deposit back! In this day and age of technology and instant bank transfers, I was surprised to read the company said they had no control over the timings and continue to blame the card processors. Two weeks… really? Never have I experienced this refund turnaround

Really accurate listing. The attention to detail was superb, even down to supplying age appropriate toys for the baby. We loved the great selection of stylish hard backed books to read in every room, such a lovely touch. The welcome hamper was a delight especially after a long drive. Everything was of great quality including the Stair gate and travel cot.
