Alexanders handled the sale of my newly purchased apartment. Paul Greene was very responsive in keeping all parties well informed through the process, which is a skill in itself to keep everyone on track to a closing. We had to find a new flat to rent in the area at short notice. Sam was really helpful and great when it came to viewings, negotiations with the landlord and our requests. He was also an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout.

I was delighted with the personal service when i bought my flat in West Hampstead.They showed me a range of properties until I found one that suited my needs. In contrast to some of the other local agents....no names....they were always helpful, never pushy and guided me through the whole process including negotiating a fair price. They're a nice bunch of people with whom I feel I have a continuing relationship. I have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly. If or when I come to move again they will be first on my list.

They are Criminals full stop. They are the worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune to come across. They directly lie to tenants, even when presented with evidence contrary to their false stories. They deceive, lie and refuse to carry out basic repairs to maintain basic health and safety. They have no honour or dignity and are the most blatant criminals I have ever seen. Particular highlights include - screening calls because they know you need a repair but are refusing to act; lying to your face and even calling you a liar for presenting evidence of their deceptive behaviour; harassing
