Cottage interior was both excellent and charming. Location was quiet and peaceful with a lovely view down to the sea from both the windows and decking veranda. Whilst there you'd think you were miles from any major town but actually where only a mile or so from St Austell.
Particularly enjoyed the nearby cliff top footpath although I wouldn't recommend this to the very young or slightly infirm.
Cottage had both HD TV and WiFi which were a boon on the evenings some of our party were too tired to go out.

Simply can't tell you how amazing this cottage is. We have booked each year for a week in the Summer holidays - every time we say it can't get any better, but it does. The owners obviously care greatly for the cottage and it has everything you could possibly need. There are lots of little extra touches and in my opinion, this sets it above other cottages we have stayed in. It's hard to say what we like best, but the decking outside with the view is stunning. You have quick access to a gorgeous stretch of coast path and close walking distance to the beach. Fabulous.

Rarely do holiday cottages live up to expectations but this one does and more. It's location is superb with wonderful views out to sea and the Cornish coast. Easy access across a field takes you onto the coastal path where the views become panoramic with great walks whichever way you turn. Its location near to St Austell makes it and ideal spot from which to explore both north and south Cornwall.
The cottage itself is very well appointed, well cared for and comfortable (even the beds!).
Would recommend to anyone - have already done so to family and friends.
