Excellent 4 days ago Treating myself Having recently received an unexpected bonus from work I had been meaning to purchase a diamond ring to treat myself for some time and unsure of where to go. My husband and I popped into this shop in the Jewellery Quarter and were greeted by Ella who was most helpful in selecting the perfect rings for me.

I visited this shop 3 years ago and purchased my black diamond engagement ring. They were wonderful, kind friendly and no pressure for sales. I pulled one of the claws 2 weeks ago. Visited yesterday and they greated me like an old friend. The stone was re-set within the hour. I dont live near, but wouldn't go anywhere else. Happy New year to you all. You are experts.

Visited this great Jewellers again after a terrific experience a few weeks ago and got the same warm reception as before, a vast stock to choose from, no pressure at all, Angela, Ella and Dave all very professional and helpful , definitely give them a 5 star rating , would recommend this Jewellers the first to try when at the Jewellery Quarter

Absolutely superb service from start to finish. We called on Sunday to look for a wedding band and the staff put us at ease, as soon as we entered.
The shop wasn't formal or stuffy and you could see the price of the item, which was different to the fist shop we visited.
There was no pushy sales pitch , and the advice / assistance given was wonderful.
Tina assisted us, with the help of her colleague, who made the visit jovial and couldn't have done more, if we had asked.
It was only the second shop we visited on the day and we left after buying the perfect ring. This was due as much to the staff

My Fiancé and I were looking for a wedding band, Tina provided excellent service and her colleagues were also really supportive, the team create an easy atmosphere and make you feel relaxed when making what is a big decision. They have a great range of products in store covering many different forms of jewellery. I will definitely recommend to others!

There was absolutely no pressure applied on us as customers. Tina was patience and provided us with a selection of rings to try.
Overall, the customer service provided here made selecting our wedding rings one of the most enjoyable and exciting experiences. I can not recommend this place enough.
