Crystalink Jewellery Manufacturing Ltd was established in 1972 as a family jewellers supplying hand made diamond and gold jewellery direct to the public. Christopher Green, co-Director, began his career in the art of ring and jewellery making in 1985 at the famous Jewellery College in Birmingham.

What an amazing service! I first came across Crystalink when looking for an exceptional bespoke jewellery manufacturer and had hoped to visit them in Birmingham to design the engagement ring I wanted. However, due to COVID-19 we had to do it remotely, and the service was second to none. Chris was great and gave me absolute confidence that I'd picked the right man for the job. I can highly recommend Crystalink to anyone thinking about purchasing an engagement ring during lockdown virtually. It all started with an email to Chris explaining roughly what I was looking for in an engagement ring, Chris shared some details and set up a virtual appointment using Zoom.
It was fantastic to have a 1-2-1 (45 minute) session where Chris took me through all there was to know and understand about diamonds and engagement rings. He explained the 4 C’s and what these meant, explaining how they translate to the naked eye and impact on the cost/ value of the ring.

We got engaged over Christmas and went to pick an engagement ring for me. We visited Crystalink by chance, but were blown away by the service and the rings we were shown. It was not hard to pick what I wanted. Great care was taken in explaining the stones in the ring, the clarity etc and how to look after the ring generally. I got a ring I had not expected, at a very competitive price. I am over the moon and cannot recommend this jeweller enough.

One of the most friendly and helpful businesses I have ever dealt with. Even when faced with COVID restrictions, they are very attentive and replied very quickly to email enquiries and always answered the phone. Throughout the process staff were polite, friendly and informative.
The item I purchased was an engagement ring, it is truly a beautiful piece and the quality is unquestionable. You can tell by the atmosphere in the shop and the attitude of the staff that this is a family run business and they pride themselves on doing everything they can to help.
We will undoubtedly return in the future

Went in with my fiancée to pick an engagement ring and Debbie had so much patience and educated us both on numerous types of engagement rings with no pressure to buy at all.
My partner ended up picking something completely different to what she expected with the help of Debbie, who was amazing!
They also went above and beyond to adjust the ring size in time for us before we were leaving Birmingham the next day!
Everyone was extremely down to earth and an awesome family business!

I guess I was entering the unknown, having to put my trust in someone for something so special.
The entire process from start to finish was more than I could of wished for.
Help, support and even advising on an alternative to the one i chose. It was better, yet cheaper. How many firms would offer you that?
I cant stress how amazing they are.
I look forward to going back to order wedding rings..... well, that is if she says yes..... just one small matter left to do. I think this is the only thing they cant help me with.

I cannot recommend this jewellers highly enough. From start to finish the service was first class. It was pretty daunting with so many places in the jewellery quarter to choose from and not knowing anything about buying a diamond ring, but in my opinion we definitely found the best place as they were lovely. The ring they made me is stunning and I am so glad I found them.
