Our approach to healthy eating does not sacrifice any of the delicious qualities of the food, with most of the spices we use being freshly ground in our own kitchen. We believe that we have created a restaurant which blends the traditional with the modern and is authentic yet innovative.

If you prefer to eat at home most of the meals in our extensive menu are available to take away. We offer a 10% discount on all collected take away orders over 16.00. For orders over 25.00 we can deliver your meal within Buckingham at no extra charge. Outside of this area we may still be able to deliver to you but a small charge will apply.

Deliciously flavoured with freshly seasoned collection of herbs & spices, cooked in a clay oven and served on a hot sizzling pan. Succulent pieces of lamb chops marinated in yoghurt, rosemary, black pepper, lemon & mint.

When you have made your selection just call 01280 822842 to book our table or order your takeaway meal. A light & jammy style of Chianti with good balanced flavours & a long finish on the palate. An Italian classic, selected bunches of ripe grapes sun dried for three months on raffia mats. As the grape ferments slowly it gives maximum flavour & alcohol.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
I phoned up to place an order this evening for delivery, and was told because i was only ordering for 1 person they wasn't willing to deliver my meal, i think this is discussing service, and from now on I won't be using them

Have been visiting Buckingham Fort now for 20 years plus. Never had a bad meal . Really friendly staff and the food is fab. Even though i have moved away i still enjoy a curry when visiting friends and family. Well done guys.

Excellent food. Attentive staff. The best Indian Restaurant in Buckingham.
Even after 4 or 5 years of not going (i have moved from the area) the manager remembered me, asked about my family and generally made the visit an extra special one.

One of my favourite spots in Buckingham. I tend to also o order out from this place around exam time. Food comes quickly. Ordering is easy. Food is delicious. Can't complain.

Food is reasonably good with scope for much improvement. Service and ambiance is good. A bit more heating and hot water would have been great. You will not get a printed itemised bill though, only your credit card receipt. I was not able to expense it for my business meal... disappointed!

Extensive menu but not quite to my taste. Friendly staff. Decent size portion and a lot of Fish in the dish. For some odd reason my phone stopped focusing, a bit like my eyes at the time.

Very good Indian food. Some standard dishes and the some eclectic. Shrimp in coconut with mustard sauce was exceptional. Nan was a little too dough like for my taste. Great service.

This Indian is one of the best in Buckingham, situated on the Brackley Road in an old pub that used to be called the barrel. The service here is always top notch although the waiting area reception can get a bit crowded with people waiting for tables and take away punters all milling around.

The Buckingham Fort is absolutely our favourite Indian eatery in Buckingham (which has many). Everything is well presented and the service is fast and friendly and efficient. I like a very simple curry (not a particular style) and they do these too. Just called Lamb Curry, Chicken curry, etc. I also do not know if they absolutely always do this but every time I have been my wife has always received a flower (I think it is a red carnation) in a presentation cellophane wrap with bow. This is a nice touch for the ladies to receive a little memento of their evening out. Highly recommended.

The Buckingham Fort really is the best indian in Buckingham. The décor is a typical indian restaurant style with peachy coloured walls, napkins in glasses etc very clean and spacious. The service is friendly and efficient - and they will gladly recommend dishes to you. They do a very good range of curries including those you would expect like korma, tikka masala and vindaloo but they also do house specials. The waiters are also very honest about how hot the dishes are! My friend asked them to make something that was'nt on the menu - and they happily made it for her.
The prices are reasonable
