When it comes to sourcing senior talent our global network of potential candidates is unrivalled. Most payment organisations use a traditional high-end search firm with little or no understanding of this specialised business and often pay 35% or more in fees. We offer payments companies the opportunity to take advantage of best-in-class process for a fraction of the cost normally associated with acquiring senior talent.
We can manage small and large RPO's for clients in the Payments sector, entirely on site or off site or a mixture of both; providing permanent, contract, interim and payroll as well as Executive Search as part of the service. We have managed RPO's to cover an accelerated period of recruitment for 3 months, whilst Visa engaged us for 5 years and over 600 hires.
In circumstances where our clients have identified a contractor themselves, we can provide a simple, fully compliant payroll service. Because we have not sourced the individual for you, the charges for this service are minimal for the client and zero for the contractor - essentially an admin fee as a percentage of the contractor rate.
Our contingency model enables clients to utilise our candidate database and networks on a no-win-no-fee basis. Our aim is to always form long term relationships with our clients and some use the Retained Search model for senior hires as well as contingency for lower-mid level roles. It also affords new clients the opportunity to try our services before any financial commitment has been made.
